I got call from company HR & they conducted first round of interview with Head-Material & CFO.
After interview HR person took all relevant details of my Salary slips, bank statements, Complete annual package, experience letter & appointment letter. This process went for about 2 weeks.
Thereafter HR-Head took telephonic interview asked general questions.
At the end 4 weeks HR person has no explanation what salary package they want to offer or what are their constraints or problem.
At the end you are wondering why HR collected all documents & wasted 4 weeks when they do not have courage to tell the reason for stopping the communication or may be they expect candidates to join without any financial gains.
