Basic presentation - cordial environment. Principal talked of firm as a "Family" - Two individuals interviewed at typical meeting/discussion area. Asked where I lived which seems typical of a lot of firms and I feel is negative profiling. Asked about salary requirements which I also feel is another typical negative of most firms now - firms should state a salary and then you should say yes or negotiate.
