The recruiter first scheduled a 15-min call but did not show up. I rescheduled using her calendar. The call went forward and I learned it is a consultancy company. The next step was an interview/OA. The recruiter was probably going to supervise me solving the Leetcode style question. Guess what? Did not show up again. It was supposed to happen at 1 pm but the recruiter, after a no-show, emails me with a new invite at 2 pm scheduling a meeting for 10:30 am that day. The recruiter is very confused and believes that candidates possess a time-traveling machine. I hope they respect time commitments an honor their scheduled meetings.

As an ICC, the interview for this job is challenging. Although coding was relatively easy, many theoretical Java questions were asked in interviews, making it difficult. The passing rate(1st interview and eval) was about 50%-60%
The interview process was structured and clear, consisting of several rounds that tested both coding skills and understanding of fundamental concepts in my field. From the initial application to scheduling interviews and answering any questions I had, the HR personnel were prompt and clear in their communications. The company was quick to inform me of their decision after the final interview round, which I appreciated greatly.
