Phone interview with alumni connection: I was asked my interest and experience in coding and had a friendly conversation about work culture and responsibilities.
Skype Interview: I was interviewed by a manager in a group setting and was asked much more technical questions about Java and common coding algorithms.

As an ICC, the interview for this job is challenging. Although coding was relatively easy, many theoretical Java questions were asked in interviews, making it difficult. The passing rate(1st interview and eval) was about 50%-60%
The interview process was structured and clear, consisting of several rounds that tested both coding skills and understanding of fundamental concepts in my field. From the initial application to scheduling interviews and answering any questions I had, the HR personnel were prompt and clear in their communications. The company was quick to inform me of their decision after the final interview round, which I appreciated greatly.
