Applied on LinkedIn. Firstly an HR will give a phone screen to know your basic situation, the phone screen is about 30 mins. Then 2 weeks later an engineer will do the tech interview through Skype, the tech interview lasts about 1 hour.

As an ICC, the interview for this job is challenging. Although coding was relatively easy, many theoretical Java questions were asked in interviews, making it difficult. The passing rate(1st interview and eval) was about 50%-60%
The interview process was structured and clear, consisting of several rounds that tested both coding skills and understanding of fundamental concepts in my field. From the initial application to scheduling interviews and answering any questions I had, the HR personnel were prompt and clear in their communications. The company was quick to inform me of their decision after the final interview round, which I appreciated greatly.
