I applied in May, and it took weeks for them to have an initial call. I was screened during a phone call with HR and a few weeks later went into the office to meet with HR, the Assistant Executive Director, and two consultants. I was told I would hear in two weeks if I was chosen to meet with the ED. No one reached out to me and I saw the job relisted on LinkedIn on the same day they were supposed to get back to me. Very unprofessional to not reach out after meeting with them in person.
