For the 5 interviews with the team, very clear instructions on what to expect is provided. The other interviews not as much. The culture fit interview was tough, a lot around values, philosophy and motivations. Quite cerebral but then expected to give specific examples.
Overall a great interview process that moved quickly and truthfully, was far more transparent than other processes.
