HORRIBLE interview process. After completing 6 interviews I was told I cleared the technical interview and was moved to the reference checks step. I was then GHOSTED by the recruitment team for 12 DAYS. I reached out three separate times and got no response. Finally after cc'ing another recruiter, maybe out of embarrassment, I received a generic response that they moved forward with another candidate. I was told by the hiring manager there were multiple roles I was eligible for. Did they all get filled while my reference checks were in progress for 12 days? I reached out asking the recruiter if I was still eligible for these roles, instead of answering my question, they said they could meet on zoom (weird). After proposing a few time slots, they again ghosted me for 4 days! Truly a unbelievably bad experience, its one thing to fail an interview and be rejected, but to be told you cleared it, that there are multiple openings you would be a good fit for, then be GHOSTED, is just shameful.
