The interview process was lengthy, especially considering the salary/position. It involved filling out a written application AFTER already applying online, a phone screen, a timed written exercise , and two in person interviews and a reference check/bg check. I made it through the interview process, was asked for my references and to complete a background check form only to receive a standard rejection email WEEKS after they said they’d be following up. I don’t understand the lack of transparency and horrible communication after singing my praises through the interview process. It felt like a waste of time,
