Found job listing on Careerbuilder.com Made appointment for interview with Dean of Education. Before interview, I was asked to take a personality indicator test which I did. Interview went well. Took a tour of the campus, and met other instructors, all of whom seemed to be pleasant people who enjoyed their jobs and each other. Usual questions about previous positions, and how I should fit in to the organization. Was asked if I had any problems working with students mostly from the lower socio-economic level who maybe did not do well in high school. Of course, I am mature enough to know every student is not a Rhodes scholar and some need extra help, coaching, advice, or just an encouraging word from an older adult.
