Participated in a total of five steps including: an initial phone screen, followed by a conversational interview with a potential manager, the next step was a technical assessment, after was a conversational interview with a Senior Engineer, last was a conversation with a Senior Manager. There was positive feedback at each step, except after the last stage. I had enjoyable conversations and met good people throughout the entire process, but unfortunately the hiring process ended with a template rejection email after the final meeting with no clear feedback.

Short phone call with recruiter followed by a meeting with the team manager. Mostly asked about background and some questions about C++. Was then given an online multiple choice test for C++, was pretty hard but I'm not sure how important it was. This was followed by a long interview (4.5 hours) with multiple members of the team, did a few easy/medium coding problems (via sharescreen) and talked about my background.
