I interviewed with one HR manager and then another Account manager interviewed me. It lasted about 45 minutes. It was very casual- the managers were wearing jeans. The HR manager was very conversational and wanted to see how you can fit into a team. The Account manager went into the specifics of the job description and asked about my background.

Fairly straightforward. Nothing really to note. I don't really remember anything standing out that was different or difficult. They were friendly and the interview was quick. There was a phone screen first and then an in person interview at the office.

Entrevista
The interview process has several stages. At the beginning there will be a short phone interview with HR representative. If it goes well the next stage will be interview with managers team. At this interview you will be asked to accomplish the situational test with 2 scenarios.
