As a fresher, I applied for a Front-End Developer role (React.js & AngularJS) at Oodles Technologies. The interview process was excessively long with three technical rounds and a strange managerial round, where the interviewer delayed the session by an hour. Despite clearing all rounds, I was rejected without any proper reason. Pros: Good technical exposure during interviews. Cons: Extremely low salary (₹15,000/month) for the skill set they demand. Unrealistic expectations for freshers—they want deep expertise in multiple frameworks at a fraction of market pay. Time-wasting process—endless rounds and unnecessary delays. Poor candidate experience—no transparency in hiring decisions. Advice to Management: Respect candidates' time. If you cannot offer a decent salary, at least streamline the hiring process and avoid unnecessary delays. Freshers deserve better pay and a fair chance, not just endless interviews with no outcome.
