1. Introduction:
The interview started with a brief introduction about myself.
2. Why ICICI Bank?
I was asked why I am interested in joining ICICI Bank.
3. Questions from Resume:
The interviewer asked specific questions related to my resume.
4. Project Discussion:
I was required to explain the projects mentioned in my resume in detail.
5. Sales Role Readiness:
They inquired if I was willing to take up a role in sales.

it was good and interview was based on the servicenow platform
they asked about the servicenow concepts what are all the basics and all about the platform . they also asked about the projects that i have done on the servicenow and using it how you built applications .
Round 1: Talent Acquisition (Recruiter Screen)
Format: 20-30 minute voice call.
Focus: Your background, remote work experience, and interest in Web3.
Simple English Tip: Be ready to explain why you like crypto/blockchain and confirm your availability for global time zones.
Round 2: Hiring Manager Interview
Format: 45-60 minute video call.
Focus: Your past projects (like the FXWatch platform). They will ask about leadership, refactoring, and ownership.
Key Question: "Tell me about a difficult technical challenge you solved.
Round 3: Function-Focused Test (Technical)
Format: Either a Live Coding session or a Take-home Task.
Focus: Building a small UI component (using React/TypeScript) or interacting with a mock Blockchain API.
Note: They value clean code and "Component-driven development".
Round 4: Technical Deep Dive / System Design
Format: 60 minutes with senior engineers.
Focus: How you architect frontend apps. They might ask about Security (since it's a wallet) and State Management.
Round 5: Final Round (Cultural Fit)
Format: 30-45 minutes with senior management.
