First interview was over the phone checking my suitability and experience required for the role Second interview was over teams with 1 architect and 1 manager from the hiring team. Both were incredibly serious and couldn't even crack a smile. Needless to say I didn't get the job and didn't receive any feedback either so very disappointed with Kainos
