I want to share a very bad experience with e-Zest, Pune. I see there is a communication gap in e-Zest team and the client. I have cleared 2 technical round in Java technology and in client round, client told me they want Python developer.

Cleared Two technical rounds. Had HR round where they verify documents and have salary discussions. Post HR round they release Conditional offer letter, in the conditional offer letter there are so many clauses which are worrying. Most important HR is forcing to accept conditional offer and then only they will arrange client interview. If in case client round is not cleared, as per the conditional offer you will be released. If you have any other offer in between you can't go with that offer because if you break their conditional offer there is one clause written as per that 10 % of CTC will be received from the candidate. Also in conditional offer they can ask you to relocate at any time, if you are not willing they will ask you to resign forcefully. So not good for marriage couples. I take 3 days to take my decision whether to accept or decline the conditional offer. Finally decline after proper verification. This is not the only opportunity, carryon guys for best hunt.
