      Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Anonymous Content (Pune) en dic 2012

      Entrevista

      I applied through offcampus The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Nihilent Technologies private limited (Pune) in November 2012. Interview I applied through campus, there were 5 rounds- 1)Aptitude 2)Extempore 3) TI-1 4)TI-2 5)HR Aptitude is most important round. Most of the scrutiny takes place in this round. Quant questions contains most of the questions related to Compound interest. And logical section contains most of the questions Logical deductions, cause and effect, statement and assumptions(do them from indiabix). Then an extempore in which we were supposed to speak on any topic of our choice for 2 minutes. Which was followed by a simple logical puzzle. TI-1 focused more on DataBases and SQL. Study them thoroughly. TI-2 was mere a formality. we had to write a code on printing stars patterns. In HR we were asked about family and it was very easy.
