First round Apptitude its very easy. second round was gd little bit tough. third round was manager round its all about real scenario programs and how to resolve itI really wanted to say something positive about cognizant but after experiencing a very bad time working with cognizant there is nothing positive for me to post. There are many things cognizant need to improve very poor work culture and no career growth with disappointing salary hikes. You can't run a company happily if you don't have happy employees. To say something good about the company all I can say is the company mediocre health benefits
