This was a 20-30 minute preliminary phone interview. The interviewer asked specific questions about my resume and more general questions about my interest in the job. Some of the questions were behavioral. The interviewer asked about my salary expectations. I had this interview about two weeks after I applied for the position. I was subsequently asked back for an in-person interview (pending).

They had the process planned out and organized. I wasn't left waiting around. Began with editing test and then Spoke with department managers and then HR. Was there for a while. Very welcoming. Easy, getting-to-know you conversation with managers; they were enthusiastic about the company. Standard interview questions from HR person. I was getting tired by the time I was supposed to meet with HR but I was able to take a short break, and that helped.
