Applied through external recruiter, interviews with hiring manager were open and honest, very transparent with changes in management, operations and investment since Open Gate Capital Acquisition. They gave me the opportunity to speak to multiple stakeholders to validate what they are and what they are not. Took a leap of faith and shared a territory plan, subsequently follow up was quick, positive, constructive that then led to offer negotiation which I have since accepted.
