It was a waste of time. Looked like they were hiring for some new initiative and now I see that their planning and resource management wasn't fully thought out. They invited me for in person interview to their office for 2 1/2 long with 4 different people but they didn't even bother getting back to me on if I got the role. When someone makes it to the final stage of an interview and takes 21/2 hours out of their day to interview with, it's just common courtesy to let the person know what has happened. If a company ghots you like this it is a clear indication that the HR/organization is higly disorganized. I see that they have reposted the position again. Finally they have figured out and won't waste anyone else time and effort.
