First interview was with the Operations Manager and Director of Sales. That was a great interview. Then I had an interview with the owner. The owner does the talking. She didn't listen to a word I said. Her decision to hire me was based on the 'energy she felt' from spending time with me. She wasn't smart or savvy. She was solely driven by emotions.
