I applied in August. Didn't get interviews until fall. Company didn't offer job until January. If you need a job NOW...this isn't the process. It's very slow but worth it. There's several online tests you must take, then test at the brewery, then a 1 on 1 interview, then panel interview, the phone screen, then final 1 on 1 with plant manager. About a 3 month process.
