Nice, transparent and quick. with feedbacks and constant checkups on the candidates. the process was quick and the interviewers made it casual to ease the tensions of the employees and t was great and responsive
Standard interview process with all day assessment center with role plays, marketing plan and one-on-one interviews.
We had to do group work projects and present it upfront a leadership team.
However, throughout the breaks everybody was very nice and down to earth.
You could feel it's a competitive setting though with ambitious company goals.
