Long process, hardly any contact during it, too many stages. Assessment day is a lot to ask of people considering you're not guaranteed a role. Was given positive feedback during interview, and was told when to expect an outcome, they missed this date and the next date, then told me I was not successful which was confusing considering the feedback at the time.
