Le processus d'embauche est composé d'une série de tests logiques (verbal, numérique...) et de raisonnementsi chacun de ces tests est positif, ils sont suivis d'un business case fourni par l'entreprise et une interview par téléphone. Finalement si toutes les étapes sont positives, vous êtes invités a avoir un assesment day sur place dans leurs locaux.

1. Send in your CV and Cover Letter 2. You will have to fill in 3 online tests (cultural fit, situational strength test, logical reasoning test) This stage is overall not too hard 3. A strengt based telephone interview (typical questions) A case: you have 30 minutes to complete and afterwords they will call you and you have to give your recommendations. The case was about 2 seasonal beers you have to pick keeping in mind a lot of restrictions. I'm currently waiting for the next stage of the recruitment process.

I applied in November and got to the assessment centre in January. It took me longer than the others because of a phone conversation in Dutch that needed to be done and the fact that it was over the Christmas period that was quite difficult to find the right time. The online assessments are not difficult. The case study was stressful and the phone interview daunting because of the repetitive questions. The assessment centre went a lot better than I thought. My advice would be to take it as an experience and not put any pressure on yourself. There will be a round where they test you under pressure and how you can think and answer on the spot.
