First I was contacted by their headhunter. We had really great convo going on. We settled that I was matching this position perfectly and that this person was forwarding information about my application further. I was very glad because the job sounded interesting and I thought it was a great chance for me. Next day I was mailed by some other person from HR that gave my three options of possible time for interview at the same week. At that time I thought that it was nice that the pace was so high. We have settled interview, let's say it was Tuesday, at 6pm on Thursday. As I did not receive any email with link to the meeting on Thursday morning, I mailed person from HR with request about it. When I didn't receive that till 5:40pm, I realised that something probably must have gone wrong. I tried to call both persons that were responsible for my recruitment process - unfortunately without any response. I was waiting till 7pm, believing that maybe someone would call me. At 7 I mailed both people with a question what had actually happened. Next day I received mail that said they were sorry but they had already chosen someone else. To be clear: I was still scheduled for the interview but they had already chosen someone else and no one even bothered to inform me about it. And if that was not enough, story continued. Month later the same headhunter mailed me with question how my interview went because he hadn't gotten any feedback. I responded and explained the whole situation as I believed that maybe this person really didn't know what had happened. Then he just confirmed that I was right, that's exactly what had happened - and then asked me if I would not like to try to apply for the same position again because of withdrawal of previous candidate. Jokes. On. Me. I haven't experienced such a treatment ever in my professional life. As if changing job position or just applying was not stressful enough. For sure I am going to remember that for a long, long time.

I went through a first introductory interview and was passed. HR contacted me to schedule a second interview and never got back to me. After having waited for one week I reached out to them and was informed that they had decided to not proceed with my interview for the time being , and that someone would reach out to offer some details. I'm still waiting.
