I made it to the 3rd step of the interview process and then they ghosted me. Sent several emails to my contact at AB InBev and the most recent one I sent got me an automated response along the lines of "we are conducting interviews in the office today and will not be able to respond." The interview round in question was the one I was meant to be a part of, as they indicated that I had moved onto the next step in the interview process, however, I was never sent any sort of link to actually complete my online interview.
Starts with an application where you immediately get sent a link to a pymetrics games assessment where you play 12 games that build a personality model. Then there's a one-way digital interview. There's then two in-person interviews before hiring.

Tell us about a time that you solved a problem and how did you know it was solved?
The interview concerned behavioral questions and really focused on past experiences and demonstrated skills that a candidate has displayed. The following interviews maintained this aspect but grew more difficult as the process continued

Entrevista
The whole process took about 2-3 months total, many interviews in the process for a trainee program. Very cool assessors in the beginning, then higher up managers for the final interview.
