Entrevista
I applied online as the People department encouraged me to apply after a successful internship. Online application, followed by online Numerical, Logical, and Verbal Reasoning tests. After this you will be required to fill out a Cultural fit questionnaire. If selected you will have a telephone interview with a case study and questions relative to the market, challenges, opportunities. The ABI day is the assessment centre. For the GMT program, the first part is a business game based on being an executive board, driving your company with a clear strategy, then an interview with two current employees. The next a last step is a Final Panel Interview with the members of the Management Committee of the Zone. This is a final step which will lead to an offer or not.

The hardest part of the process was the ABI day business game. In a room with roughly 24 people, all talking within four groups, to decide on investments, pricing strategies. It is very difficult to think clearly, and the recruiters are also constantly asking to justify decisions. Finally, be prepared to discuss the performance of your team members openly. You can say they are the best, or you may be asked to 'fire' someone. Being open is part of the culture, so be truthful, and fair.

Online assessments then an assessment centre in Belgium, if successful followed up with a final panel interview in Belgium, difficult but an interesting experience. Be prepared to try and stand out in a a large group.

Entrevista
First round: game-based assesments
Second round: virtual case preparation (1 hour preparation time to make a comprehensive 3 minute pitch)
Third round: Group Assessment day (2 interviews + business case game while constantly being monitored)
Final round: panel interview together with other candidates, you hear each other's answers and are being monitored on when and what you answer. Tough questions from a panel of 4 senior managers.
