Alles sehr automatisiert. Habe nach mehreren erfolgreich bestandenen Stufen immer noch mit keinem Menschen persönlich gesprochen. Eigtl. Schade, dass das persönliche Auftreten so in den Hintergrund rückt. Aber so ist das wohl, wenn sich so viele Leute darauf bewerben.

Game based assessment followed by multiple interview rounds- HR rounds, guesstimate, case study, group interview. It is difficult to clear all rounds. Game assessment is in hirevue, practice this, it's not very easy with time limits.
Difficult - long form virtual interview spaced out over the day with many questions that are hard to prepare for - focuses on 10 principles for a lot of the questions.
