1st interview: 2 hour interview via computer
2nd Interview: 1 hour interview with a Director
Final Interview - In person Interview
The final interview experience was one of the worst I have ever encountered. The recruiter didn't seem to want me to go through with it, so it makes me wonder if she knew they weren't serious about hiring anyone. She also didn't speed up the process when I told her I had another offer, and tried to talk me out of pursing this opportunity even after expressing my excitement. I was given very limited information on what the final interview would involve.
I arrived 15 minutes early, but they were over 20 minutes late to take me to the interview room (so I sat in the lobby for almost 40 minutes). They apologized but seemed annoyed at me after that, even though it was their fault. Once in the interview room, I talked to two directors. One told me that the case I was going to be given later was supposed to be given to me ahead of time, but I did not receive any communication regarding it. Instead I was given a detailed excel document, and I was given 45 minutes to prepare and present on it. I asked for a bathroom break before I started the case portion (I had been there for 3+ hours) and was told no. I was still able to do a decent job and was able to present the case. Over the 4 hours that I had been there, I was given no water or food (or a break to buy food myself) in addition to no bathroom breaks. I was actually not given any small breaks at all. I had the feeling they were not serious about hiring someone, and one of the directors even mentioned they mostly hire internally. Regardless, it was a miserable experience and I had been very excited and qualified for the position.
I would highly advise anyone to not interview for this company (unless its via on campus recruiting). They are not looking for external candidates, but may have to interview some. The final interview was a really bad experience (no food, water, or bathroom breaks) and the interviewers seemed annoyed they had to conduct interviews.
I was eventually given a generic email that I was not selected, after I had to email the recruiter several times for feedback. Not a great way to deliver negative feedback after a candidate invested so much time in the process.
