I was contacted directly via the HR team, and had a quick telephone interview. I was then quickly contacted again to attend a first stage interview at their London office. The interview was conducted by two team members (one in the room, and one via a video link). I was then contacted on the same day after my first interview, and asked to go back in the next day for a second stage interview, with the lady who the EA would be supporting. It felt slightly un-organised, due to the fact she had not actually read my CV beforehand, which didn't give the best impression overall. This was nearly 2 months ago and I am yet to receive any contact since! Whilst I appreciate companies are busy, I believe it says a lot about a company when they can not even have the decency to thank you for your time and let you know the outcome. It felt like I gave a lot in two days, and to have not received anything since is very disappointing.
