The online tests were fine , but I had a bad experience with scheduling an interview and the interview itself. Not personal, it was like talking to a robot. The case was difficult, but what bothered me most was the interviewer. Clearly not from AB Inbev himself and didn't even read my resume beforehand.

First an online test with simple questions to see if you fit with the culture of the company. Completed and received an email saying I passed and obtained a link for a logical reasoning test. Completed and received an email saying I passed and I would receive communication with the next step of the hiring process within a few days but I never received anything. I called ab InBev to follow up since I never received another email, the receptionist advised I cannot speak to the People department and she could only transfer me to a phone number she had for applications. The phone number she transferred me to was an automated system that had nothing to do with applications so I was unable to obtain any information. When I check online it says I am still being considered for the position but it's now been 2 weeks since my last online test. The lack of communication and transparency is very unprofessional.
