      Entrevista

      First stage: send in CV, then asked to complete a situational judgement test. After that, you are asked to complete a logics based test. Quite standard and nothing really needed to be prepared. Second Stage: I was contacted a few days after I completed the logistics test and the next stage is a Phone Interview and Business case study. I was asked 14 competency based questions such as 'describe a time when you influenced a decision' 'are you a natural leader?' 'how would you describe success in a job?' Be prepared for the case study though, it is not easy. You are given a lot of information regarding beer types, information about the target market, costs of beer production, quantity of beer productions, production capacity per season, revenue etc. And then you are only given 30 minutes in order to choose 2 beers you would promote that will not exceed capacity or cost budget and fits to the target market. Also you need to pay attention to the business targets they want you to focus on. You also then have to create a plan on how you would market this. But remember, they are looking at how you think and justify your answers rather than whether you answered correctly. There is no 'correct' answer. Third stage: assessment center. I got invited but could not attend because it was the same day as my final university exam that I could not miss. It was really a shame that they only offered one assessment day and either you have to be available or you lose your chance at the job. I guess thats what happens when you apply to a big corporation, if you are not available exactly when they request you, they will replace you easily.
