After apply I have got an email to shedule phone call interview, that was with HR person only to know about your background, after that I have got another email to schedule a panel interview, due to covid that interview was virtual with 2 hiring manager, the process got 1:30 minutes and all the questiones were focus in techniques skills, for example how to use a multimiter, what does npn/pnp mean, what is a sub mask many questions like this. Then they toll me about the shift, work dutties. I have got another email about I was choose to move forward. But I didnt accept because this position is under union and once you are there you dont have any option to move forward in your carrer another concern was they word 7 days a week and if you are the freeshman you have to go.
