My process was in 3 phases. The first was getting a slot for an interview at my school's career fair (Pre COVID). It was 30 minutes with basic, by the book interview questions from a member of AB (Anheuser-Busch's) office. I was allowed to ask questions in return. Afterwards, she described what the co-op entails and the kinds of departments I'd be able to work for. The second phase was some online screening and work culture tests. You do these alone. There were some college math and reading comprehension questions, but they let you do practice tests before the actual test. The final phase was supposed to be in person, where I am interviewed by three AB upper-management supervisors in a panel-ish scenario, but once March lockdown took over, it was held over zoom with the HR head and general manager. That was a bit more stressful, since their questions were more challenging to answer on the spot, but they were fair and kind. They are a responsive employer and I was extended an offer days afterwards.

Spoke with recruiters at University career fair, was invited to partake in Skype interview, engaged in an on site tour and interview. On site interview with many different company representatives.

After meeting some representatives on campus, I applied online which included a a couple lengthy tests. I did a video interview, and then a final interview at the brewery in Williamsburg, VA. The visit at the brewery also included a tour of the facilities and an opportunity to speak with current coops at the company.
