horrible, first you have to pass an assessment test, then they send you another one, passed that, had an online interview with montage, passed that interview, final interview was a skype interview with someone in St. Louis...a few weeks later the email for thank you for applying, you will waste a lot of time but if you get the job I am sure its worth it,
