aesm came to my college and gave a presentation, the person concerned was a good speaker and knew how to motivate people, at the end of the presentation he asked how many of us would like to join aesm. everybody wanted to join aesm. the are one of the largest ship management companies right now and the know how to run it. interview was pretty basic they asked basic marine engg questions along with very normal HR questions.
