The recruitment process starts with the online application which is fairly easy. If successful, then on online Interview will take place (45minutes maximum). Entrevista
The interview process was based on situational questions, where you tell how you went about solving the problem in the past. Then there were few behavioral questions, looking into safety behavior and general leadership style.
