Dont bother to apply if you do not have your bonus statement from your previous job (even though you have left the company 2yrs+ ago). went tru 2 interviews and 3.5hr assessments. Got an offer from the HR but however i couldnt provide my 2yrs+ ago bonus to them even i submit my payslip to them. they couldnt proceed the application. got rejection the very next day just because i didnt have my bonus statement. super disappointed on how they look into this and not about whether if you skill applied to the role.

all question was alright.
just that the HR are trying to make this difficult as they needed bonus statement in order to proceed with the application. hence even if ur skill and everything qualify to this job they will still declined you!!!

Pleasant interview, and interviewer was kind and friendly. It was for an entry-level position.
Interviewer was interested to find out more about my skills and my personality traits (ability to work in a team, to resolve conflicts, taking initiative)
