      Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 3 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Anglo American (Londres, Inglaterra) en abr 2021

      Entrevista

      Was asked to go through number of rounds (including a psychometric assessment and aptitude test) over the course of very tiring 3 months and also asked to do a presentation the final round as the hiring tax team were not able to make a decision between 2 candidates (me and someone else). I was told at the end of the final presentation round that I should be receiving feedback promptly in the next 1-2 days. I followed after couple of days and was promised feedback in the next 24 hours but failed to get any sort of update/ feedback inspite of multiple follow ups. For an organisation that talks about (in their vision) keeping people at the heart of everything they do - it’s really frustrating to see total disregard to providing any feedback. I don’t mind not getting selected but to put someone through a time consuming and onerous process and then not provide feedback an outcome says a lot about teams culture / approach towards talent. I would stay away from this group.
