A complete waste of time and long process including being interviewed by a psycho who has no clue of the job. the interview process is HR/ Hiring Manager/ Head of procurement and then Psychologist. Also there are some psychometric test and personality test involved. I was told that I was the preferred candidate till the latest stage where they told me that I did not "pass" their personality test.
