Lengthy, detailed, with several rounds and scenarios to discuss. One on one interview seemed brief, but I understand constraints on time. I would have liked an opportunity to demonstrate the quality of work I'm capable of.
The structured interview process made me feel confident they were really looking for the right candidate rather than hiring based on bias. Expect one on one interviews and a panel style interview. The interviewers were tough but fair, and they all gave plenty of room for me to ask questions. I got a good sense of the role and enough about the culture to make decisions. The homework assignment was very heavy, however. Had I not been so excited about the role, I would have had to drop out of the process because it was such a large ask.
