Horrible interview process! I'm pretty sure the interview process is formed to be discriminatory. I passed the first interview which was rushed and very vague phone call. The second interview was a Zoom call. During the call my video wouldn't turn on but my sound was fine. Instead of just being understanding, The interviewer just ignored me and then said "if you're still interested just email me when you figure it out." He wouldn't let me proceed with any part of the interview and demanded it be a video call. I understand that you want to see the person you're hiring but to be completely unreasonable is disgusting and reeks of discrimination practices. I want to emphasize that this was for a FULLY REMOTE phone position. Even if I had to do Zoom meetings in the role it would be on equipment set up for it. If this is how they act durning the interview, I would hate to see management when working.
