Haphazard is the best word. They clearly didn’t know what each other were doing when it came to recruitment. They clearly thought more of themselves than they should have. What a waste of time, especially when they didn’t respond to my follow up emails
Interview process was smooth and well structured. Recruiter communicated clearly throughout. Technical round was moderate difficulty, focused on fundamentals. Panel was friendly. Overall positive experience, though response time could be improved.

Applied online. Received an email that they are interested. Received a second email asking to schedule a 20-30 minute phone interview via calendly. After scheduling, you will receive an email confirming such. On the day of your scheduled call - the recruiter will call you LATE.
