Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Angi (Denver, CO) en feb 2019
Entrevista
Technically the job was for the Sales Executive Leadership Program in Downtown office. A recruiter/member of staff reach out out to me via email about the position and set up a phone interview. He was super nice and helpful when telling me about the company and position. He then set up an in-person interview with one of their HR reps very quickly (option of same day or next day). The HR rep was very rude and demeaning towards me and my answers during the actual interview. She seemed uninterested and bored and rushed the interview before giving me a tour of this office. The interview was about 15 minutes long after waiting for a bit. She called me a week later, which I guess I appreciate, declining my candidacy for the position.
The interview process with Angi was well spaced, efficient, clear and direct. I felt they were very informative, helpful in answering any questions or concerns I had about the position.
Fairly easy, 3 interviews all remote. The people I spoke with were all very nice. The process was not long or drawn out and very informative and transparent. I received the job within 2 weeks.
Interview process was a recruiter (not very knowledgeable), into sales manager (only manager for less than a year). The sales manager showed up late, and ended meeting early.
The sales manager was not a experienced sales leader. especially with his, obviously googled/company provided questions. He had been in the position for sale position for 3 year which were all during the boom of DIY home improvement.

They asked me to role play a phone call with them.
All he wanted me to do was ask open ended questions and build rapport.
