This is a Job I have wanted to land since 2014. Meeting Shawn Case eased my nerves immediately. I feel that that the interview was truly an evaluation of the next teammate they were adding for a team that they are invested in & plan to develop. Meeting with the sales manager was very straightforward & we exchanged expectations for mutual success. I left the interview motivated and I’m currently preparing by reading a book suggested for my team’s training.
I haven’t made one dial so I do not have anything to complain about but I am thankful & approaching this opportunity with an open mind.

A three step Interview process. Two phone calls and then a video call with sales manager. Process occurred over several week period to coordinate schedules. Clear movement every step of the way.
The process was a series of interviews ranging from recruiter to manager. The final interview included a sales situational roleplay. The interviewers were knowledgeable, responsive to questions, and engaging. Communication about upcoming interviews and next steps was very thorough and efficient.
