1st round was very good. We did lots of discussion and long session. After that, 2 person came for 2nd round. One of them started asking questions. I have answered technical questions, but they were not interested in listening answers. Also asked some non-technical questions, but actually i didn't waht they are asking. I asked them 'would you please repeat the question?' He was just giggling on me, and didn't replied. For another question, I asked 'what you want to know, please elaborate in detail'. But he didn't replied. Another person was trying to ignore me. He was looking on walls on other side and was sitting on chair in royal pose. It was clear indication that, they are not interested in hiring. Got very disappointed by their behavior. Why did you waste a candidate's time, if you don't want to hire? I like those people, who directly say no, rather than criticising.
