3.10.19 Applied online. With help from an inside connection, email exchanged with the COO – very articulate, friendly woman. I was asked to prepare a 30-60-90 day plan, which I submitted. Through an office manager, I was asked to come in for an onsite interview. Great! 3 weeks later, I presented this plan to CEO, COO and 4 other Angaza team members. All extremely pleasant. It went well, but I never heard back. Obviously not hired, but NEVER heard back even after writing to the office person for “closure” a month later. Very odd, unprofessional behavior for a startup with potential.
