I applied to Anduril early in the year and received an email to set up a screening interview with me. We scheduled our meeting for the week after. When the time came now to interview, the interviewer told me that the position had already been filled and that she barely found out about it 5 min before our interview. It's the first time this had happened to me and I had no idea what to say. Seems like there was no communication between the personnel so she wasn't aware the position had already been filled. I appreciate her still being open to talk to me, but this wasn't what I expected from Anduril.
